Requests for cancellation will only be allowed before the samples are collected in the case of a home sample pickup and before the test/service is performed in the case of a centre visit.

Refunds will be sent to the original credit card used at the time of purchase if paid by credit card, and refunds will be made to the same account if paid by payment gateway name.
